System Administrator Intern

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware components, including routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot hardware-related issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Support network security efforts by monitoring network traffic, identifying potential vulnerabilities, and assisting with the implementation of security measures.
• Participate in routine network maintenance tasks, such as backup and recovery, firmware updates, and hardware upgrades.
• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and network-related concerns.
• Assist in the documentation of network configurations, hardware inventory, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Learn and adhere to industry best practices for network administration and hardware management.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in networking and hardware technologies to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
